What is music therapy?
Music therapy can be defined as the use of music as a medium to achieve therapeutic goals. Goals are widely varied, and tailored to each individual. Music therapists undergo academic and clinical training, as well as board certification exams and recertification cycles to maintain licensure. 

Do I need music experience or skill to participate or benefit from music therapy?
No! Music experience is absolutely not necessary. 
 

Do you provide in-person services?
My services are primarily offered via Telehealth platforms at this time. 

Do you take insurance?
I am not able to bill for insurance at this time. Please see Offerings for more information regarding payment.
